Bew Berliner Energie Undwärme Gmbh Wants To Offer Completely Climate-Neutral City Heating By 2035. This Requires A Comprehensive Transformation Of All Major Berlin Locations. In The East Of The City, The Klingenberg Thermal Power Plant (Hkw) In Berlin-Rummelsburg Supplies Over 300,000 Households With Electricity And Heat. The Klingenberg Hydraulics & Electrics [Klbb] (Formerly Backbone) Project Is Part Of The Program At The Klingenberg Site And Makes An Important Contribution To This By Ensuring The Timely Provision Of The New Electrical And Hydraulic Infrastructure For The Commissioning Of The Future Generation Plants. In The Hydraulic Area, The Project Is Responsible For The Construction Of A New, Future-Proof District Heating Pumping Station. The Procurement Project Includes The Planning, Construction And Commissioning Of The District Heating Pumping Station As Well As The Media Connection To The Generation Plants. The District Heating Pumping Station Has The Function Of Feeding Heat Into The Two District Heating Networks: Into The Klingenberg/Lichtenberg District Heating Network (Fv Kl/Ln) And Into The Friedrichsfelde Heating Network (Hn Ffde). The District Heating Pump Station Also Serves As A Coupling Between The Hn Ffde And The Fv Kl/Ln. The Heat For The Hn Ffde Can Therefore Be Provided From The Hkw Klingenberg And/Or The Marzahn Location. The Rule Is That Safety-Relevant Facilities Must Be Supplied Without Interruption Without Any Restrictions. The Scope Of Services For The Turnkey Construction And Commissioning Of The Pumping Station Includes, Among Other Things: Planning Services, District Heating Water Pumps, Civil Engineering And Building Construction Services (Including Technical Building Equipment, Foundations, Steel Construction), Pressure Maintenance Systems, Heat Exchangers, Distribution System For Network Connections And For Connecting Generators, Pipes And Fittings, Ventilation System For Dissipating Lost Heat, Local Control Technology For Connection To Central Control Technology, Electrical Supply And Distribution As Well As Distribution In The Factory Heating Network Including House Connection Stations. The Scope Of Services For The Turnkey Construction And Commissioning Of The Media Connection Includes, Among Other Things: Planning Services, Civil Engineering And Structural Engineering Services (Foundations, Steel Construction), Pipeline Construction Work As Well As Electrical And Control Technology Connections. Project Execution Model: The Subject Of The Order Is A Uniform Construction Contract In The Form Of A Turnkey Epc/Turnkey Contract Including An Upstream Cooperative Planning Phase (Eci) And - Upon Reaching The Contractually Defined Milestones - The Subsequent Execution And Commissioning Phase. The Cooperative Planning Phase Does Not Serve To Re-Determine Procurement Requirements, But Rather To Specify A Minimum Scope Of Services Described In The Tender Documents And To Optimize Execution Details, Deadlines And Costs Within The Performance Limits Specified By Procurement Law.
