The Construction Manager Will Perform The Following Functions: • Carrying Out A Comprehensive Check And Completeness Of The Combined Project Documentation Dur And Dsp, Dps, Part A, B. • Checking The Complete Documentation And Documents For The Implementation Of The Construction With The Processing Of The Report On The Check Carried Out Before The Start Of The Implementation On The Comprehensive Readiness Of The Project According To Tkp Řvcčr For The Start Of Implementation. • Comprehensive Assessment Before The Handover Of The Construction Site, Integrating The Issued Permits And The Result Of The Procurement Procedure And Sfdi Methodologies. • Checking The Completeness Of Contractual Relationships. • Review And Approval Of The Contractors Implementation Documentation. • Performance Of Technical Supervision Of The Builder (Hereinafter Referred To As Tds), In The Sense Of The Publication Technical Supervision Of The Builder Published By Čkait (Mp 9.2 Update 2018) And Within The Scope And Under The Conditions Of The Methodology For The Construction Manager Team (Provisional Version 2018), Approved By The Ministry Of Transport On 23 October 2018, Available At Https://Www.Sfdi.Cz/Pravidla-Metodiky-A-Ceniky/Metodiky/, Checking All Reports In Xlsx Format And Xc4 Data Format. • Checking The List Of Works, Time And Financial Assumptions Of The Construction Contractor. • Ensuring The Synergy Of All Administrative Steps Associated With Depositing The Work Into The Digital Technical Map. • Ensuring The Performance Of The Safety And Health Protection At Work (Osh) Coordinator In The Sense Of Act No. 309/2006 Coll., As Amended, During Construction Preparation. • Biological Surveillance During The Entire Implementation Of The Construction. • Non-Destructive Tests Of The Quality Of Welds Beyond The Scope Of Mandatory Tests Carried Out By The Construction Contractor. • Quality Control Of Protective Anti-Corrosion Coating Systems Beyond The Scope Of Mandatory Tests Carried Out By The Construction Contractor. • Ensuring All Administrative Steps Associated With Building Approval. • Carrying Out The Control Of The Geometric Plan At The Level Of Deposit In The National Register, Including The Inventory Of Occupations For Individual Plots And Ensuring The Deposit Of The Building In The National Register. • Provision Of Documents For Settling Property Relations. • Creation Of Protocols To Ensure Ownership And Operational Handover Of The Building. • Ensuring A Financial Overview Of The Performance Of The Concerned Entities During The Implementation And Completion Of The Construction. • Ensuring Property Settlement Of The Completed Construction. The Complete Scope Of The Subject Of Public Procurement Is Specified In Detail In The Draft Public Procurement Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract) And Other Documents Forming The Contract, Which Are Part Of Annex No. 3 Of The Procurement Documentation.
