Software Support Services – Provision Of Pingam License Support For 24 Months. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Provision Of Support For Licenses Of The Pingam (Forgerock) Openam Enterprise Edition Software Product At The Subscription For Silver (5×12) Level For A Period Of 24 Months, For Product Codes Fip Authn Ext And Fip Authn Int. Part Of The Fulfillment Is In Particular The Right To New Versions Of The Product Via The Software Manufacturers Portal, Access To Defect Repairs, Operational Patches And Updates, As Well As The Provision Of Manufacturers Technical Support Via The Manufacturers Portal, E-Mail And Telephone Lines. The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes Priority Processing Of Priority Cases By The Technical Support Team Of The Manufacturer Ping Identity. Technical Support Will Be Provided In Accordance With The Manufacturers Standard Terms For The Silver Level, With Telephone Support Times Up To 4 Hours For Severity 1, 8 Hours For Severity 2 And 1 Business Day For Severity 3.
