Construction Work – Construction Of A Fire Observation Tower In The Celestynów Forest District. 1) Demolition Of The Existing Fire Tower In Accordance With The Demolition Design And The Demolition Permit Issued By Decision No. 51/2025 Of July 18, 2025. (Ref. Ab.6741.60.2025.Kd). Location: Ul. Obrońców Pokoju 58, 05-430 Celestynów (Square Behind The Forest District Office Building), Plot No. 1455/8 Rev. Celestynów, Commune Celestynów The Existing Tower, 35.58 M High, Is Located Next To The Fence Of A Separate Part Of The Plot Where The Headquarters Of The Celestynów Forest District Is Located. The Tower Is A Self-Supporting Structure Consisting Of Three Converging Segments. The Segments Are Connected By Welding And Screw Connections. The Tower Is A Square In Cross-Section With Base Dimensions Of 2.37 M X 2.37 M, While The Dimensions Of The Tower Top Are 0.75 M X 0.75 M. At The Top There Is A Service Platform With A Camera For Communications. The Tower Is Placed On A Foundation Consisting Of Four Prefabricated Feet. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation (Appendix No. 2). 2) Construction Of A New Fire Tower In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Stwiorb And The Construction Permit Issued By Decision No. 1002/2025 Of October 10, 2025. (Ref: Ab.6740.1004.2025.Mb). Location: Ul. Obrońców Pokoju 58, 05-430 Celestynów (Square Behind The Forest District Office Building), Plot No. 1455/8 Rev. Celestynów, Commune Celestynów In Place Of The Existing Fire Tower. It Is Planned To Build A Fire Tower With A Construction Height Of H = 41.3 M (Total Height Of The Tower 44.8 M), In An Equilateral Triangle Cross-Section. The Side Dimension Of The Tower At Ground Level Will Be 4.5 M, The Width Of The Side Will Decrease With The Height Of The Tower, Up To 36.6 M, Then The Cross-Section Of The Tower Will Be Non-Convergent. The Side Dimension Of The Non-Converging Part Will Be 1.8 M. The Tower Will Be Of Steel Truss Construction. The Tower Will Be Equipped With A Barrier-Free Service Platform At A Level Of 40.6 M.
