Construction Work – Phzh Peninsula Au, Complete Renovation Of Coach House, Bkp 232-01 Electrical Installations + Pva. The Zurich University Of Education (Phzh) Operates The Schloss Au Conference Center On The Au Peninsula. The Coach House, Which Was Previously Used As An Addition To The Castle For A Variety Of Purposes, Is Increasingly Failing To Meet Todays Requirements Due To Its Poor Structural Condition. Taking Into Account The Principles Of Sustainability And Sufficiency, As Well As The Conservation Of Resources, The Phzh Has Decided To Preserve And Comprehensively Renovate The Building. As A Cooperation Project Between The Phzh (Leading House), The Pestalozzianum Foundation, Wwf Zurich And The Zhaw, The Kutscherhaus Is To Be Used As A Sustainability Center. This Submission Covers The Necessary Electrical Installation Work, Including The Construction Of A Rooftop Pv System.
