The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Provision And Implementation Of The Service, Consisting In The Performance Of The Work Of The Construction Manager (Sps) For The Project Construction Of The Unified School Pod Skalkou, While The Contract For The Execution Of Construction Works For The Construction Construction Of The Unified School Pod Skalkou - Construction Work Will Be Concluded Using The Contractual Conditions For The Supply Of Technological Equipment And Design - Construction Of Electrical And Mechanical-Technological Works And Civil And Engineering Structures Designed By The Contractor (Yellow Book), First Edition 1999, Published By The International Federation Of Consulting Engineers (Fidic), Czech Translation Cace 2015 (Hereinafter Also Work Contract). The Aim Of The Provision Of The Contractors Services Under The Contract Is Cooperation In The Selection Of The Work Contractor, Administrative, Management And Technical Management Of The Work Contract, Continuous Control Of The Project Work Of The Work Contractor And Control Of The Implementation Of Construction Works On Behalf Of The Client During The Stage Preceding The Actual Implementation Of The Work And Stages During The Implementation Of The Work, As Well As The Implementation Of The Duties And Powers Established And Defined By Him Through The Contract And The Work Contract For The Construction Of The Construction In Question. The Aim Of The Suppliers Service Is To Ensure That The Project Works And The Work Produced According To Them Will Be In Accordance With The Contract For The Work In The Required Quality, Within The Accepted Contractual Amount Of The Work And Without Extension Of The Time For Completion.
