Firefighting Vehicles – Purchase Of Fire Trucks For The Volunteer Fire Department From The Ładzice Commune. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Two Light Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicles With Equipment As Part Of The Task: Purchase Of Fire Trucks For The Volunteer Fire Department From The Ładzice Commune. 2. Each Purchased Light Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle With Equipment Is On A 4 X 4 Chassis With A Fire-Fighting Body, Gvm 5,500 Kg. 3. The Cars Purchased Under This Order Are To Be Brand New, I.E. Unused, Undamaged, Not Refurbished, Not Encumbered With The Rights Of Persons Or Third Parties And Come From The Manufacturers Legal Sales Channel. The Vehicle Chassis Must Have An Approval Certificate In Accordance With Separate National Regulations Relating To Road Traffic. Devices And Components Installed In The Vehicles Should Meet The Requirements Of Separate National And/Or International Regulations. B) Extract From The Chassis Type Approval Certificate; C) Valid Permission Of The Manufacturer And Importer Of The Chassis For The Construction Of Bodies. 5. The Order Includes The Sale And Free Service, In Accordance With The Manufacturers Terms And Conditions - Of The Chassis And Bodywork - During The Warranty And Warranty Period Offered By The Contractor, And Training Of At Least 4 Persons Indicated By The Ordering Party At The Place And On The Day Of Receipt Of The Cars Deliver The Required Documents To Register The Vehicle To The Ordering Partys Office At Its Own Expense. The Car Must Be Registered And Approved For Traffic In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Provisions. 7. The Contractor Requires The Contractor To Conduct Training In The Operation Of Cars And Their Equipment For At Least 4 Persons Indicated By The Ordering Party At The Place And On The Day Of Collection Of The Cars. 9. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Swz Together With Appendices, In Particular In Appendix No. 4 To This Swz.
