Petroleum Products, Fuel, Electricity And Other Sources Of Energy - Purchase Of Electricity Including Electricity Collection Points With Res Installations For Organizational Units Of The Municipality Of Kielce, Municipal Cultural Institutions And Commercial Companies. 1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Purchase Of Electricity For The Facilities Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997. Energy Law, Civil Code And Implementing Regulations Issued On Their Basis. One Contract Will Be Concluded Resulting From This Public Procurement Procedure In An Open Tender For The Purchase Of Electricity Including Electricity Collection Points With Res Installations For Organizational Units Of The Municipality Of Kielce, Municipal Cultural Institutions And Law Companies Commercial. The Kielce Commune Will Sign One Agreement On Its Own Behalf, On Behalf Of Municipal Organizational Units And Municipal Cultural Institutions And Commercial Law Companies, Which Are Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. Invoices For The Sale Of Energy Are To Be Issued Separately To Each Customer At The Energy Consumption Points Assigned To A Given Customer. Detailed Information Regarding The Conclusion Of Contracts By Individual Organizational Units Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Selected Contractors Duty Will Be To Represent The Ordering Party And Its Organizational Units Before The Relevant Distribution System Operator In Matters Related To Reporting A Change Of Supplier. To Perform The Above-Mentioned The Above-Mentioned Activities, The Contractor Will Receive An Appropriate Power Of Attorney (Annex No. 4.1 To The Swz) 2. The Ordering Party Acts On Behalf Of Itself And The Organizational Units Of The Kielce Commune, As Well As On Behalf Of Municipal Cultural Institutions And Commercial Law Companies, Which Are Listed In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. Annex No. 1 To The Swz Indicates Individual Purchasers And Recipients. The Ordering Party Operates On The Basis Of Signed Agreements On Joint Conduct Of Public Procurement Proceedings Pursuant To Art. 38 Section 1 And Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 793, As Amended), Which Were Signed Separately With Individual Municipal Cultural Institutions And Commercial Law Companies. (Agreements Available For Inspection At The Ordering Partys Headquarters). 3. Order - Purchase Of Electricity For The Facilities Listed In Annex No. 1 To The Swz: 1) The Estimated Demand For Electricity In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2028 Is 54,972,772 Kwh. 2) The Estimated Value Of The Order In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2028 Is Pln 27,486,386.00.
