On The Basis Of The Building Permit And Construction Plan Documentation Available At The Former Courthouse Complex, The Municipality Of Karcag Intends To Implement A Modern Real Estate Development Investment In The Center Of Karcag That Meets Local Community Needs And Includes Mixed Functions, With Which It Intends To Create A Real Estate Infrastructure (Service Building) For The Commercial And Cultural Functions That Provide The Supply Of The City, As Well As For Administrative And Service Functions. The Planned Building Is Located In The Center Of The City Of Karcag, In A Frequented Location, On The Corner Plot At The Intersection Of Kossuth Tér And Dózsa György Út.
