Engineering Services - Renovation, Conversion And Expansion Into A Further Training Campus Ihk In Coburg - Technical Equipment Services, System Groups 4, 5 And 6 According To §§ 53 Ff. Hoai Lph 1-3+5-8. The Coburg Chamber Of Commerce And Industry (Ihk) Intends To Expand And Further Develop Its Existing Training Center Into A Sustainable Training Campus. The Aim Of The Project Is To Strengthen The Regional Training And Further Education Infrastructure As Well As To Create Modern, Flexible Learning And Event Rooms For Different Qualification Formats In Vocational Training. As An Institution Of Economic Self-Government, The Ihk Zu Coburg Plays A Central Role In The Qualification Of Skilled Workers And The Promotion Of Lifelong Learning. Accordingly, There Is A Continuous Need For Quality-Assured, Practical Further Training Offerings That Must Be Presented In A Spatially And Technically Contemporary Manner. Project Object And Construction Task The Core Renovation Of A Listed Building, Its Conversion And Functional Adaptation To The Requirements Of A Modern Training Center, As Well As The Structural And Functional Connection With The Existing Training Center (Above And Underground). Furthermore, The Aim Of The Measure Is To Create A Functional And Structural Connection Between The Existing Training Center And The New Building To Be Built In Order To Create A Coherent “Further Training Campus”. For This Purpose, A Wall Opening Is Planned In The Existing Building - Subject To The Necessary Monument Approval - Through Which The Direct Connection Is Established. The External Access Between The Buildings Takes Place Via Newly Constructed Paths Including Paving Work As Well As The Necessary Lighting And Signage. In Addition, A Comprehensive Renovation Of The Existing Sanitary Area Is Required. Due To The Age And Structural Condition, All Water Pipes And All Sanitary Facilities Must Be Replaced In Order To Meet Current Technical And Hygienic Requirements. In The City Of Coburg, Due To The Extensive Historical Building Stock, There Is A Particular Focus On Preserving Building Culture And Monument Preservation Issues, Which Must Be Taken Into Account In Planning And Implementation. The Measure Subject To The Tender Is Carried Out Taking Into Account The Specific Requirements Of Monument Protection.
