The Subject Of The Public Contract Are Services And Related Work Consisting In The Updating Of The Sewerage System Of The City Of Kutná Hora In The Central Bohemia Region. The Client Points Out That The Processing Of The Subject Of Performance Must Be In Accordance With The Methodological Instructions Of The Ministry Of Agriculture For The Creation Of Sewerage Plans And The Plan For The Development Of Water Supply And Sewerage In The Region (Hereinafter Referred To As Prvkúk). Part Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is Therefore In Particular: - Ensuring The Monitoring Of The Sewage Network And Evaluation Of The Obtained Data, - Analysis Of The Existing Sewerage System, Outlets And Wwtp, - Evaluation Of The Technical Condition, Capacity And Hydraulic Conditions, - Processing Of The Mathematical/Hydraulic Model Of The Sewerage System As An Updateable And User-Usable Model Enabling The Client To Operationally Assess And Evaluate Changes In The Sewerage Basin, In Particular The Simulation Of The Effects Of Increased Inflows Into The Sewerage System In As A Result Of Area Development, Connection Changes, Reconstructions And Other Design Measures, - Assessment Of Compliance With Binding Documents (Prvkúk, Spatial Plan, Basin Plans), - Proposal Of Solutions For Parts Not Yet Sewered, Reconstruction And Development Areas, - Proposal For Capacity/Intensification Of The Wwtp, - Proposal For System Solutions For Rainwater Management (Hdv), - Economic Evaluation Of The Proposed Measures, Including Phasing, - Processing Of The Graphic Part (Maps In Gis + Printed Documentation), - Discussion Of The Design Part With The Client, Incorporation Of Comments, - Delivery Of Outputs In The Required Number Of Copies (Printed Version + Electronic Version In Editable Formats And Pdf). The Client Requires That The Output Of The Performance Is Not Only A Static Analysis Document, But Also An Updateable Mathematical Model Of The Sewage System, Which Will Be Handed Over To The Client In A Form That Enables Its Further Use For The Operative Assessment Of Changes In The Drainage Basin. In Particular, The Model Must Enable The Simulation Of Changes In Inflows To The Sewage System, Capacity Impacts Of Development Areas, Changes In Connections, Reconstruction Of The Sewer Network And Other Design Measures.
