The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Assembly, Commissioning And Service Of A Forest Fire Monitoring System Based On Fire Protection Cameras. Long-Range With Automatic Smoke Detection Software - Equipment As Part Of The Feniks Project Entitled: Comprehensive Project For The Adaptation Of Forests And Forestry To Climate Change - Preventing, Counteracting And Limiting The Effects Of Threats Related To Forest Fires (Ppoż2) - Ii Procedure. 2. After Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Conduct Training At The Place And Date Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Training Should Cover The Operation, Operation, Installation And Configuration Of The System Software And Devices. In Addition, The Contractor Is Obliged To Consult And Advise On The Presented System, Its Functionality, Technical Parameters And Other Properties Of The Offered Subject Of The Order. 3. During The Quality Guarantee, Warranty For Defects And Service Period, The Contractor Undertakes To Implement And Cover All Costs Related To The Proper Operation Of The System, Periodic Maintenance And Service, Including The Assembly And Disassembly Of Equipment And 24-Hour Technical Support, Including In Particular: A) Installation Of Camera Sets In Four Observation Rooms Before The Fire Hazard Season And Checking Their Functioning At The Alarm And Dispatch Point; B) Carrying Out A Technical Inspection Of Devices Installed In The Observation Rooms Before And After The Fire Hazard Season; C) Remote Monitoring Of System Operation; D) Updating The Software Of Devices Operating In The System On An Ongoing Basis According To Needs; E) Dismantling Camera Sets From The Towers After The Fire Hazard Season (Within 21 Business Days From The Date Of Notification) And Taking Them For An Annual Inspection (The Cameras Are Stored At The Contractors); F) The Service Will Be Provided 24 Hours A Day, Seven Days A Week, Also On Public Holidays, During The Period Of Operation Of The Forest Districts Pad, I.E. From March To October. The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Corrective Actions Within No More Than Two Hours From The Moment Of Reporting The Failure By E-Mail Or Telephone, And To Provide The Ordering Party With Reports On The Status Of Repairs In Electronic Form (E-Mail). The Service Must Arrive On Site No Later Than Twenty-Four Hours After Reporting And Is Not Tantamount To Repairing The Failure. The Failure Must Be Removed No Later Than 48 Hours After Reporting, Unless It Is Objectively Impossible For Technical Reasons. The Contractor Is Fully Responsible For The Proper Performance Of Service Services And Compliance With The Requirements Specified In The Swz And The Contract, Regardless Of The Adopted Organizational Model For The Provision Of Service. G) Keeping Secret And Not Using Confidential Information, Understood As All Information, Data Or Messages Constituting The Secret Of The Order
