A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Functional And Utility Program, Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Terms Of Reference, Hereinafter Referred To As (Swz).3. Requirements Regarding The Conditions For The Performance Of Construction Works. When Performing The Subject Of The Order, The Following Conditions Must Be Observed In Particular: 1) The Works Will Be Carried Out Outside And Inside As Well As In The Area Of ​​The Active Facility. The Performance Of Works Must Not Disturb The Functioning Of The Facility. And Construction Law, Under Strict Supervision And Management Of Authorized Persons.3) The Organization Of Works Should Be Described In Detail In The Safety And Health Protection Plan (Bioz Plan), The Development Of Which Is The Responsibility Of The Construction Manager. The Duties Of The Construction Manager Should Be Entrusted To A Person With Appropriate Construction Qualifications In Accordance With The Requirements Of Swz.4) To Perform The Works That Are The Subject Of The Order, Materials, Products And Devices That Are Suitable For Use In The Performance Of Construction Works Within The Meaning Of The Act Of April 16, 2004 On Construction Products (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 20021, Item 1213) Should Be Used. If Brands Or Trademarks Appear In The Documentation, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Materials Or Devices, I.E. With Technical, Quality And Operational Parameters Not Worse Than Those Indicated In The Documentation And Not Leading To A Change In Technology. The Names Indicated In The Documentation Should Be Treated As Examples.5) All Alternative Solutions, E.G.
