The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Entitled: Repair Of The Effects Of Dampness And Waterproofing The Walls Of The Building Of The Crisis Intervention Center In Gorzów Wielkopolski - Stage I. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1. Carrying Out Works Related To Removing The Effects Of Moisture In The Building Walls;2. Performing Earthworks Necessary To Implement Waterproofing;3. Execution Of Damp-Proof And Water-Proof Insulation Of Foundation Walls And Ground Floors;4. Carrying Out Reconstruction Works After Waterproofing;5. Performing All Accompanying And Auxiliary Works Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Investment;6. Preparation Of Documentation Required By Construction Law And Other Regulations Related To The Implementation Of Works;7. Performance Of All Formal And Administrative Obligations Necessary To Commence, Conduct And Complete Construction Works;8. Cooperation With The Investors Supervision Inspector Appointed By The Ordering Party.9. Within 7 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Submit To The Ordering Party A Material And Financial Schedule For The Implementation Of The Order, Including The Administrative And Legal Stage And The Stage Of Construction Works. The Schedule Requires The Acceptance Of The Ordering Party And Constitutes The Basis For The Implementation And Settlement Of The Order. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Scope Of Works Covered By The Procedure And Information Regarding The Technical Condition Of The Facility Are Specified In The Swz And Annexes To The Swz, In Particular In The Bill Of Quantities, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Design Documentation, And Technical Opinion And Protocol No. 1/2025 From The Periodic Inspection Of The Technical Condition Of The Facility Along With Documentation Photography. These Documents Should Be Analyzed Together. The Technical Opinion And The Report On The Periodic Inspection Of The Technical Condition Together With Photographic Documentation Have Been Made Available To Enable Contractors To Become Acquainted With The Existing Condition Of The Facility, Including Any Moisture, Damage And Conditions That May Be Important For The Preparation Of The Offer, Price Calculation And Organization Of Works. The Subject Of This Procedure Is Only The Scope Of Works To Be Carried Out Within Stage I, Specified In The Swz And The Annexes Relating To This Stage. Providing Documents Describing The Technical Condition Of The Facility Does Not Extend The Scope Of The Order Beyond The Scope Of Stage I.
