Work Detail

1. The Scope Of The Task Includes The Renovation Of The Municipal Public Road - Ul. Pushkin In Trzebinia, On The Section: From The Intersection With Ul. Długa (National Road No. 79) To The Intersection Of Ul. Prądzyńskiego (Municipal Road) – Length Approx. 0.387 Km. The Location Of The Road Undergoing Renovation Is Shown In The Graphic Attachment. Renovation Of Ul. Pushkin Will Include The Construction Of A New Bituminous Road Surface (Approx. 2,652 M2) Along The Entire Length Of The Road, After Milling The Existing Medium-Thickness Surface. 8 Cm. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Decide On The Material Obtained From Milling And Transported Up To A Distance Of 10 Km. Additionally, The Renovation Will Include Replacing The Existing Curbs On Concrete Benches With Resistance (A Total Of Approx. 775 M), Sidewalk Edges (Approx. 286 M), Re-Paving The Existing Sidewalks With A Concrete Paving Stone Surface (A Total Of Approx. 664.46 M) And Replacing The Existing Island Speed Bumps (4 Pcs). The Task Will Also Include The Adjustment Of Existing Underground Utilities: Sewage Grates (10 Pcs), Sewer Manholes (15 Pcs), Water And Gas Valve Boxes (6 Pcs In Total), As Well As Preparation Of An As-Built Surveying Inventory Covering The Renovated Road Section. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Make And Install One Single-Sided Information Board Made Of Sheet Metal, On A Steel Structure, With Dimensions 180 Cm X 120 Cm Acc. The Employers Guidelines - Within 14 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. The Detailed Scope Of Works Covered By The Task Is Specified In The Attached Documentation Containing The Bill Of Quantities And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - Based On These Documents, An Offer Valuation Should Be Prepared. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Transport: Excess Soil And Debris From Demolition Works - To A Place Designated By Him. The Costs Associated With This, Including Possible Disposal Costs, Should Be Included In The Offered Price. The Contractors Obligation Will Be To Organize Construction Facilities For Its Needs, Develop A Project For Periodic Changes In Traffic Organization And Mark And Secure The Work Area In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Report The Works Related To The Regulation Of Underground Utilities To The Network Owners So That They Can Supervise The Works, As Well As Prepare A Post-Construction Geodetic Inventory Of The Completed Scope Of Works. With The Introduction Of Changes To The Resources Of The District Center For Geodetic And Cartographic Documentation In Chrzanów. Confirmation Of The Surveying Activities Performed Will Be A Copy Of The Current Base Map Issued By Podgik, Including The Changes Made, Provided To The Ordering Party. The Costs Associated With Fulfilling These Obligations Will Be The Contractors Costs And Should Therefore Be Included In The Price Offered.
