The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Following Investment In The Design And Build System: Reconstruction Of The Bridge On The Road On Plot No. 370/1, No. 83, No. 46 At Km 0+000 In Różanka.2. Scope Of Work And Works: A) Development Of Design Documentation Based On The Functional And Utility Program; B) Obtaining A Decision On Environmental Conditions, If Necessary; C) Obtaining A Water Permit, If Necessary; D) Obtaining A Decision Enabling The Implementation Of Construction Works; E) Obtaining Any Other Administrative Decisions, Derogations From Technical And Construction Regulations, Arrangements And Opinions Necessary To Complete The Investment Task; F) Execution Of Construction Works Together With The Necessary Accompanying Infrastructure And Based On The Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor Of The Works Together With Services That Are Not Construction Works And, If Necessary, Securing Monuments Of Small Architecture, Conducting Archaeological Research, Ensuring Archaeological, Natural And Ornithological Supervision - To The Extent Resulting From Specific Regulations. G) The Following Construction Works Are Expected To Be Performed: - Dismantling Of Existing Beams; - Cleaning Of Beams, Surface Repairs With Pcc Mortar; - Forging Loose Fragments Of Supports (Stones, Concrete); - Installation Of Steel Anchors; - Installation Of Reinforcing Mesh; - Construction Of A Concrete Coat; - Assembly Of Beams; - Construction Of Cornices For Installation Of Barrier Rails; - Execution Of The Concrete Layer; - Laying Of Asphalt Layers; - Installation Of Barrier Rails; - Reconstruction Of The Watercourse Reinforcement.3. Pursuant To Art. 103 Section 2 Of The Pzp, The Subject Of The Order Is Described Using The Functional And Utility Program - Annexes No. 9 To Swz 4. Attachments: Annex No. 9 - Pfu Różanka Annex No. 10 - Site Plan Annex No. 11 - Bridge Cross-Sections5. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Dispose Of The Land: Plot 83 (Lower Silesian Road And Railway Service) And Plot 46 (State Water Management Polish Waters). When Performing Design Documentation And Construction Works, The Contractor Should Take Into Account The Conditions Described In The Consents - Annexes No. 12 And No. 13. 6. Local Visition 6.1.
