The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of Internal Construction Works, Including: Scope Of: 1) Preparatory And Securing Works For The Work Site. 2) Construction Works (Including: Demolition And Dismantling [Including Removal Of Plasters, Wall Coverings, Terracotta Floors; Partial Disassembly Of Door Joinery]; General Construction Works [Including Masonry; Fungus Removal; Priming; Cement And Lime Plasters; Wall Linings With Tiles; Flooring {Terracotta}; Painting Of Walls And Ceilings; Painting Of Doors, Wooden And Metal Elements; Sanding And Painting Of Parquet Floors, Plasterboards, And Installation Of Factory-Finished Wooden Doors; Wall]; Renovation Of Internal Granite Stairs And Internal Ceramic Floor; Drying The Building From Capillary Moisture By Using A Non-Invasive System To Create Horizontal Moisture-Proof Insulation Of The Walls [Rooms In The Basement]). Electrical And Low-Current Installations (Including: Dismantling Works [Including Installations, Lighting Fixtures, 230 And Lan Sockets, Switchboards]; Execution Of Lighting Installations [Including: Emergency And Evacuation Lighting; General Lighting {Hanging Ceiling Lamps And Side Wall Lamps - Stylized In The Style Of The Era}, Specialized Lighting - In The Main Hall And Stage {Stage Lamps, Side Lamps In The Main Hall Providing Additional Illumination Scene, Etc.}); Implementation Of A Sound System - In The Form Of Specialized Equipment, Devices And Equipment For The Main Hall And Stage, Dedicated To Theater Rooms, Digitally Controlled; Execution Of Electrical Installations [Including Replacement Of The Main Switchboard And Facility Switchboards, Cabling, Delivery And Installation Of Blackout Window Blinds]; Execution Of Telecommunications Installations [Including, Among Others, Delivery And Assembly Of: Lan Equipment Elements, Projector With Screen]). 5) Equipment Works (Including: Delivery And Installation Of Exhibition Equipment In The Form Of A Professional System For Hanging Pictures On The Walls Of The Main Hall And The Walls Of Side Rooms, Installation Of Paintings; Replacement Of Stage Curtains Made Of Velvet With New Ones). 6) In Addition, As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will: A) Remove And Dispose Of Rubble And Other Waste Resulting From The Dismantling; B) Clean Up The Area After The Works Performed; C) Restore The Work Area To Its Original Condition After Completed Works; D) Will Carry Out Appropriate Tests, Start-Ups, Measurements (Including A Set Of Electrical Measurements In The Field Of Protection Against Electric Shock And Lighting Intensity Measurements) And Acceptance Of Completed Works, And Will Provide Their Results To The Ordering Party; E) Will Prepare As-Built Documentation (In Paper Form And On A Pendrive) In All Industries Performed, Including: Descriptive Part, Drawing Part, Cer
