1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Reconstruction And Modernization Of The Roof On The Building Of Primary School No. 1. Kornel Makuszyński In Wałcz - Building B And C Sp1 In Wałcz.2. The Proceedings Concerning Works On Buildings B And C. The Scope Of The Order Does Not Include Part A Specified In The Design Documentation Or Other Works Not Indicated For Parts B And C.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes Works Carried Out On The Teaching Building And The Small Gymnasium Building, In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Bill Of Quantities And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works.4. The Works Will Be Carried Out In An Active Public Utility Facility, Observing Safety Rules And Work Organization That Minimizes Inconvenience To The Facilitys Users. 5. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Following Works: 5.1. Demolition Works:1. Dismantling The Existing Roof Covering. 2. Disassembly Of Sheet Metal Flashings, Gutters And Downspouts. 3. Dismantling The Elements Of The Existing Lightning Protection System Intended For Replacement. 4. Segregation, Removal And Disposal Of Waste In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. 5.2. Structural And Roofing Works:1. Assessment Of The Technical Condition Of The Roof Truss. 2. Replacing Or Strengthening Damaged Structural Elements. 3. Execution Of Roof Underlay Layers. 4. Installation Of New Roofing. 5. Execution Of New Sheet Metal Flashings. 6. Installation Of Gutters And Downspouts. 7. Sealing All Roof Penetrations8. Reconstruction Of Chimneys And Roof Structure Elements9. Thermal Insulation Of Flat Roofs5.3. Lightning Protection Installation:1. Construction Of A Complete Lightning Protection Installation In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Regulations. 2. The Scope Of The Installation Includes: - Horizontal And Vertical Air Terminals - Discharge Pipes - Control Connectors - Grounding - Equalizing Connections3. The Installation Should Be Made Of Materials Resistant To Corrosion And Weather Conditions4. Carrying Out All Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Task5. After Completing The Works, Measurements Of The Lightning Protection System Should Be Performed And Measurement Reports Should Be Submitted To The Ordering Party.6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Design Documentation, Which Constitutes Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
