Delivery And Installation Of Stainless Steel Balustrades.4) Greenery And Biologically Active Surface: Replacing The Soil Layer, Spreading Vegetation Mats On The Slopes (Sedum), Making Perennial Flowerbeds And Planting Trees (E.G. Spherical Catalpa On A Trunk).5) Elements Of Small Architecture: Delivery And Installation Of A Flagpole, Benches On The Parade Ground, Concrete Flower Pots And Waste Bins With Roof.6) Ecological And Educational Infrastructure: Delivery And Installation Of An Above-Ground Rainwater Tank (2000L) With An Automatic Pump, Creation Of Educational Games Using Road Paints On Paving Stones And Installation Of An External Chess Set.7) Green Roof: Construction Of A Wooden Roof Over The Place Where Solid Waste Is Collected (15 M2) Along With A Green Roof System (Drainage Layer, Hygroscopic Wool, Substrate, Vegetation Mat).8) Accompanying Works: Removal And Disposal Of Rubble And Preparation Of Post-Construction Geodetic Documentation.2.3 The Contractors Responsibility For Each Part Of The Order Is In Particular: Conservation Supervision And Archaeological Research. Due To The Fact That The Works Are Carried Out Next To The Monument, The Contractor Is Obliged To Strictly Comply With The Conditions Of Decision No. 178/2026 Of February 6, 2026 Issued By The Provincial Office For The Protection Of Monuments In Wrocław (Delegation In Wałbrzych) - Permission To Carry Out Construction Works. Due To The Above, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Conduct And Cover The Costs Of Archaeological Research From Its Own Funds, 2) Prepare The Necessary Conservation Documentation From These Research, 3) Obtain On Behalf Of The Ordering Party The Required Permit From The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments To Conduct Archaeological Research, In Accordance With Art. 36 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Act Of July 23, 2003 On The Protection And Care Of Monuments.
