The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Consisting In The Construction Of An Office And Social Building With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure And Land Development, Located At Ul. 1-Go Maja 28 In Kąty Wrocławskie, On Plots No.: 10/1, 10/2, 18/1, 11/3 - In Accordance With The Design And Construction Documentation Entitled: Office And Social Building With Necessary Technical Infrastructure And Development Terrain, Authors: M.Sc. Eng. Arch. Jakub Tokarczyk, M.Eng. Arch. Szymon Wajda, For Which Building Permit No. 2260/2025 Of November 3, 2025 Was Obtained. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Construction Of The Facility In A Ready-To-Use (Turnkey) Condition, Excluding Office Equipment (Movable Furniture, Office And Computer Equipment), In Accordance With The Design Documentation. According To The Design, The Facility Will Have A Usable Area Of ​​Approx. 547.1 M² And A Height Of Approx. 11.89 M. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Performance Of All Works Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Facility, Even If They Are Not Explicitly Specified In This Opz, But Result From The Design Documentation, Applicable Regulations Or Principles Of Technical Knowledge.
