3.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Design, Execution Of Construction Works And Obtaining An Occupancy Permit For An Investment Project Consisting In The Construction Of A Containerized Social And Sanitary Facility In Włodzimierzów Along With The Necessary Social Infrastructure On Plot No. 392/12. Pedestrians.3.2 For The Purposes Of This Order, The Ordering Party Has Developed A Functional And Utility Program Entitled: Construction Of Social And Sanitary Facilities In Włodzimierzów Together With The Necessary Social Infrastructure (Hereinafter Referred To As: Pfu). The Ordering Party Informs That It Resigns From The Construction Of A Home Biological Sewage Treatment Plant And, In Order To Prepare An Offer, It Is Necessary To Assume The Construction Of A Septic Tank With Parameters Consistent With The Functional And Utility Program. Additionally, The Ordering Party Informs That Each Cloakroom Should Be Equipped With Wall Hangers (Min. 15 Pcs.) And Min. 2 Benches With A Length Of Min. 2 Mb Each. Teachers Room Without Equipment. Sanitary Equipment In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Functional And Utility Program. 3.3 The Contractor Is Obliged To Present, Within 3 Weeks From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, A Design Concept Taking Into Account The Location Of The Facility In The Investment Area.3.4 The Design Assumptions Included In The Fup Define The Ordering Partys Concept Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order And Do Not Constitute Final Design And Implementation Solutions, Provided That They Are Agreed With The Ordering Party And The Supervision Inspector.3.5 At The Stage Of Design And Execution Of Construction Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Always Agree On Changes In Parameters, Scope, Materials, Design, Technical Or Functional Solutions With The Ordering Party And The Supervision Inspector, In Relation To The Provisions Contained In The Fup.3.6 The Basis For The Valuation Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Swz, Ffu And The Provisions Contained In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.3.7 The Valuation Of The Offer Should Include All Costs And Activities Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With Applicable Law And Standards.3.8 In Each Case Of Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Should Assume That Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. If References To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Are Used In The Ffu, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. When Analyzing The Ffu, The Contractor Should Assume That Each Reference Used In The Ffu Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. If Trademarks Are Used In The Ffu, It Means That They Are Given As Examples And Specify Only The Minimum Expected Quality Parameters And Required Sta
