1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Passenger Car Meeting The Technical Parameters And Equipment Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 2. The Task Is Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund Under The Regional Program European Funds For Łódź 2021-2027.3. The Contractor Confirms The Compliance Of The Offered Equipment With The Minimum Requirements Set By The Ordering Party By Completing The Right Side Of The Table In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, And Then Attaches It When Submitting An Offer In The Proceedings In Question. 4. At The Time Of Delivery, The Car Must Have A Zero Inspection And A Warranty Specified In The Warranty Book.5. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor - At The Moment Of Submitting The Offer, During The Procedure And Continuously Throughout The Entire Order Execution Period - Has An Authorized Service Center For The Offered Car, Located At A Maximum Distance Of 100 Km From The Ordering Partys Registered Office (Rzeczyca, Ul. Parkowa 1) On The Road. By Having A Service, The Ordering Party Understands Having Its Own Service Point Or Concluding An Appropriate Agreement With A Designated Entity (E.G. An Authorized Service Partner).
