1) The Subject Of The Order Is: Preparation Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Following Scope Of Planned Works: Construction Of Modular Container Laboratories At Ul. Willowa. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes Preparing The Necessary Studies And Arrangements And Obtaining The Required Decisions, Opinions, Permits And Administrative Consents. The Procedure Also Includes Submitting An Application For A Building Permit. The Design Should Take Into Account Current Arrangements. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1A To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) And In The Annexes Thereto. The Components Of The Subject Of The Order That Must Be Provided To The Ordering Party Are Indicated In § 2 Of The Contract Template, Which Constitutes Annex No. 6 To The Swz. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of Side Studies And Carrying Out The Necessary Administrative Procedures And Obtaining The Decisions And Resolutions Required To Implement The Subject Of The Order, Technical Conditions, Arrangements And Others, Such As In Particular: Preparing A Map For Design Purposes, Obtaining A Decision On The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment And Obtaining All Other Arrangements, Resolutions And Administrative Decisions Necessary For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. Exercising Authors Supervision Is Not An Element Of The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party May Commission The Authors Supervision To A Designer Of His Choice As Part Of A Separate Procedure. Obtaining A Building Permit Is Not Part Of The Subject Of The Order. Submitting An Application For A Building Permit Is Part Of The Scope Of The Order.
