new Prestfoss Kindergarten . Descriptionthe Purpose Of The Construction Is To Provide New, Time-Efficient And Sufficiently Large Premises For The Kindergartens Use. The Building Is Dimensioned For Space For Expanding The Number Of Children Compared To The Current Places. The New Kindergarten Is Designed With Everything On One Level, Universally Designed. 3 Departments Will Be Built, A Common Area And A Personnel Department. In Terms Of Construction, It Is Planned To Have Slabs On The Ground, Traditional Half-Timbering And Generally Wooden Panels Inside And Out. The Roof Construction Is Planned With Trusses And The Roof With Roof Tiles. Outdoor Areas Are Planned That Will Be Developed With Play Equipment, Asphalted And Graveled Paths For Cycling, Sandboxes, Some Planting And Grass. Stalls And Space For Renovation Under Roof Will Also Be Built. The Outdoor Areas Must Be Fenced Off. In Order To Make Room For The Desired Position On The New Building, Existing Va Lines To The North Of The Site Must Be Moved. The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Enter Into A Contract With A Contractor For A Turnkey Contract In Accordance With Ns 8407, Detailed Design And Construction Up To The Finished Premises. Framework Permission Has Been Granted For The Building 10/6-2026. Furthermore, The Norwegian Labor Inspection Authoritys Consent Has Been Given 30/4-2026. Response Application For Environmental Health Protection Has Not Been Received At The Time Of Writing. Ahead Of This Undertaking, The Conversion Of Va Lines, The Creation Of A Temporary Construction Road, The Extension Of The Road And Some Cable Work Are Underway. These Works Must Be Completed Before Te Starts Its Contract Work On The Construction Site.
