The Subject Of The Order Must In Particular: 1) Meet The Requirements Specified In The Order, 2) Be Brand New And Complete (With Full Wiring), 3) Be Assembled, Tested And Ready For Use, 4) Be Originally Packaged, With Packaging Described As To Its Contents, 5) Be Marked By The Manufacturer In Such A Way That It Is Possible To Identify Both The Product And The Manufacturer, 6) Be Of High Quality And Free From Defects And Free From Third Party Rights, 7) Come From Legal Sources, 8) Be Approved For Use In A Public Institution, 9) Meet The Quality Standards Specified In The Relevant Legal Acts, If They Concern The Subject Of The Order, 10) Be Provided With Instructions, Technical Descriptions And Warranty Cards, Which Will Be In Polish. 8. By Submitting An Offer, The Contractor Also Ensures That He Is Able To Complete The Subject Of The Order And Deliver Articles Consistent With The Description, With Parameters Not Worse Than Those Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, And That The Amount Of The Submitted Offer Includes All Costs Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, In Particular Preparation, Delivery And Unloading At The Premises.
