The Subject Of The Investment Is The Preparation Of Comprehensive Design Documentation, Preceded By A Mandatory Assessment Of The Technical Condition Of The Facility And Its Installations, Including Technical Expertise To The Extent Necessary To Confirm The Possibility Of Organizing An Emergency Shelter (Mds) In The Facility, And The Implementation Of Construction Works Based On It Consisting In Adapting The Underground Floor (Basements) Of A Public Utility Building (Palace) To The Mds Function, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Ministry Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of July 9, 2025 In On The Conditions For Organizing And The Requirements That Should Be Met By Places Of Emergency Shelter, As Well As With The Provisions Of The Construction Law. The Investment Is In The Nature Of Design, Construction And Assembly Works Carried Out Inside An Existing Facility, Without Its Expansion Or Superstructure. The Aim Of The Work Is To Adapt Existing Rooms Into Mds, I.E. To Separate And Adapt An Area Of Approximately 282.25 M2, Providing Shelter For Approximately 145 People, Taking Into Account The Safety, Functionality And Needs Of People With Disabilities.The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular:1. Design And Formal Part - Performance Of Pre-Design Works, Including All Necessary Expert Opinions, Assessments And Analyzes Of The Technical Condition Of The Facility, - Development Of Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Designs And Multi-Discipline Detailed Designs, - Preparation Of Cost Estimate Documentation And Work Schedule, - Obtaining A Building Permit Decision On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Preceded By Obtaining The Required Arrangements, Including Conservation Arrangements (If Applicable), - Preparation Of A Complete, Inter-Industry Coordinated Design Documentation.2. Construction And Installation Works - Disassembly Of Existing Installations Colliding With The Investment, - Construction Of An Emergency Exit, - Construction Of Ventilation Installations, - Construction Of Sanitary Facilities, - Construction Of Water And Sewage Installations, - Construction Of Electrical Installations, - Construction Of Central Heating Installations, - Construction Of Backup Power Supply, - Construction Of Elements Protecting Window Openings And Solutions Securing The Building Structure In Accordance With Mds Requirements, - Execution Of Works Finishing, - Making Connections Of All Installations To The Existing Building Systems, - Preparing As-Built Documentation, - Carrying Out The Required Acceptance And Acceptance Activities By The Relevant Services And Authorities.3.
