The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction And Replacement, Together With The Modernization Of The Valve, Of The F1 Chimera Fire Resistance Test Furnace, K1 Chamber, At The Fire Test Laboratory Of The Institute Of Building Technology In The Masovian Branch In Pionki. The Scope Of Activities To Be Performed Under The Order Is Presented In Point 4 And Point 5 Of This Description Of The Subject Of The Order. B. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide The Service In The Following Formula: Inventory, Construction And Workshop Documentation, Prefabrication Of Valve And Exhaust Gas Duct Elements, Changing The Valve Operating Position From Horizontal To Vertical, Replacement Of The Valve Drive, Reconstruction/Replacement Of The Exhaust Gas Duct, Disassembly And Assembly Works On The Test Stand, And Electrical And Control System Connections. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Carry Out A Site Visit Before Submitting The Offer In Order To Estimate The Scope Of Work And The Necessary Material And Labor Expenditure. The Ordering Party Limits The Composition Of The Delegation Performing On-Site Inspection Activities To Three People At A Time From Each Of The Contractors. D. During The On-Site Visit, The Contractor Should Become Familiar With, In Particular, The Method Of Installation And Operation Of The Gate Valve And The Technical Condition Of All Its Peripheral Elements, The Maintenance, Modification Or Replacement Of Which Should Be Included In The Offer Calculation4.3.
