A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In This Specification, In Particular The Project Constituting Annex No. 1 To These Specifications, As Well As The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Specification.3. Elements Of Works Not Included In The Offer Calculation Or Not Priced, But Resulting Directly From The Tender Documentation (Design, Specification), Will Be Deemed Valued And Included In The Offer By The Ordering Party, Without Any Claims By The Contractor In This Regard.
