The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Titled: Adaptation To Climate Change Through The Modernization And Development Of The Green-Blue Infrastructure Of The Jawornik Recreation Center In Jawor In The Design And Build Formula. The Subject Of The Task Is The Preparation Of Technical Documentation Along With Obtaining Appropriate Arrangements, Opinions And Administrative Decisions, As Well As The Performance Of Construction Works Based On The Prepared Design Documentation. The Task Will Be Carried Out By Ow Jawornik, 59-400 Jawor, Plot Id: 020501_1.0008.75/2, 75/3 As Part Of The Task, The Contractor Will Prepare Complete Technical Documentation And Obtain All Relevant Arrangements, Opinions And Administrative Decisions, And On The Basis Of The Technical Documentation Finally Approved By The Ordering Party, All Necessary Construction Works In Order To Complete The Entire Task. The Scope Of The Investment Is To Revaluate The Reservoir Area At Ow Jawornik In Jawor, Together With A Part Of The Jawornik Watercourse. The Scope Of Work Is Specified In Prepared Functional And Utility Program And The Employers Own Descriptions, Together With The Annexes Attached To It, Are Used To Determine The Scope Of The Planned Investment And The Construction Works Necessary To Carry Out It And The Method Of Their Implementation. Revalorization Of The Reservoir Consisting Of Planting Aquatic Plants Enabling Natural Water Filtration And Improving Biodiversity. Construction Of A Water Aeration System In The Tank.
