1. The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Of An Elevator Shaft With Delivery And Installation Of An Internal Elevator Adapted To The Needs Of People With Disabilities In Building No. 1 Of The Social Welfare Home In Jaromin In The Design And Build Mode.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes, Among Others: 1) Preparation Of Design Documentation For A Passenger Lift Divided Into Appropriate Industries, 2) Delivery And Assembly Of New Lifting Equipment Along With The Performance Of The Necessary Construction Works, Including The Construction Of A Power Supply Installation, Construction Of Foundations For The Elevator Shaft And The Elevator Shaft, 3) Participation In Activities Before The Office Of Technical Inspection Related To The Admission Of A Passenger Lift To Trading, 4) Maintenance Of The Passenger Lift During The Warranty Period In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Office Of Technical Supervision Technical And Applicable Regulations, Including The Regulation Of The Minister Of Entrepreneurship And Technology Of October 30, 2018 On The Technical Conditions For Technical Supervision In The Operation, Repair And Modernization Of Close Transport Equipment. 3. Detailed Requirements Are Presented In The Ffu Constituting Annex No. 11 To Swz.4. The Contractor Must Provide Social Facilities On His Own In A Place Provided By The Ordering Party.5. Materials And Construction Products Used For Installation Must Be Brand New, Not Bearing Any Signs Of Use, Free From Defects And Must Have Valid, Legally Required Documents Confirming Their Approval For Use In Construction, Documents Confirming The Characteristics Of The Materials, Including Hygienic Certificates Authorizing The Materials For Use In Public Buildings. 6. The Condition For Final Acceptance Of The Works (Confirmed By An Appropriate Report) Is That The Contractor Must Provide A Complete Set Of As-Built Documentation, Measurement Reports, Approvals, Certificates, A Report On The Performance Of Technical Supervision Activities, A Decision Of The Office Of Technical Inspection, An Instruction Manual, Servicing And Operation Manual, Etc.7. If The Contractor Presents Equivalent Solutions, He Must Demonstrate That The Proposed Equivalent Solutions Meet The Employers Requirements. If Devices With The Parameters Described In The Functional And Utility Program Are Unavailable On The Market, The Contractor Is Obliged, In Consultation With The Ordering Party, To Replace Them With Devices With Parameters Not Worse Than Those Described In The Documentation, Within The Offered Lump-Sum Contract Price. 8. The Complex Lump-Sum Valuation Of The Subject Of The Contract Should Take Into Account All Inflationary Elements During The Period Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract And Include All Works And Activities Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Contract. 9. Underestimation, Omission And Failure To Recognize The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Cannot Be The Basis For Demanding A
