The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Vertical Road Signs, Sign Boards, Non-Standard Signs, Road Safety Devices, Road Mirrors And Road Sign Posts For The District Road Administration In Jasło. 2. In Order To Systematize The Assortment, The Order Was Divided Into Two Tasks: 1) Task I - Non-Standard Signs With Sign Plates, 2) Task Ii - Typical Signs And Road Safety Devices, However, The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit An Offer Covering The Implementation Of Both Tasks Constituting The Subject Of The Order.3. The Offered Products Must Meet The Requirements Specified In Applicable Legal Regulations, In Particular The Regulation On Detailed Technical Conditions For Road Signs And Signals As Well As Road Traffic Safety Devices And The Conditions For Their Placement On Roads, As Well As Have The Required Declarations Of Performance Properties, Certificates, Technical Approvals And Markings Provided For In The Regulations.4. Road Signs Must Be Made In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Order Documents. Each Sign And Board Should Be Supplied With A Set Of Mounting Brackets Enabling Installation On Posts.5. The Delivery Also Includes Transport And Unloading Of The Subject Of The Order To The District Road Administration Base In Mytarz, Commune. Nowy Żmigród, Monday To Friday From 07:00 To 14:00, The Exact Delivery Time Should Be Agreed With The Ordering Party At Least Two Days Before The Planned Delivery. 6. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Delivered Assortment For A Period Of 60 Months.7. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
