1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Rooms In The Building Of The District Court In Szamotuły At Ul. Aleja 1 Maja 5A. 2. The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Agreement Includes: - Securing Floors With Foil, - Securing Window Frames, - Removing Furniture From Rooms, - Securing Lighting Fixtures, - Securing Electrical Switches, - Preparing Surfaces For Painting, - Painting Walls And Ceilings, - Removing Foil From Windows And Lighting Fixtures, - Washing Floors, - Bringing Furniture Into Rooms.3. The Description Of The Subject Of The Agreement Is Specified In The Design Documentation Attached To The Agreement And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works. These Documents Constitute An Integral Part Of The Agreement: A) Technical Design - Annex No. 1 To The Agreement, B) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - Annex No. 2 To The Agreement, C) Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 3 To The Agreement. The Subject Of The Agreement Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Legal Provisions In Force On The Date Of Final Acceptance And Under The Conditions Set Out In The Agreement.
