A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 7 - 7.1. To 7.4. To Swz For A Given Part Of The Order. The Order Was Divided Into 2 Parts, Including In Particular Delivery: 3.2.1. Lot No. 1: Printer Cpv Code: 30232110-8 - Laser Printers, 30232000-4 Peripheral Equipment, 3.2.2. Part No. 2: Teaching Set, Compressors, Universal Table With Switchgear, Pneumatics Set With Horizontal Mounting Plate, Electrotechnical Set For Self-Assembly, Mock-Up For Learning Software - Educational Package, Cpv Code: 39162100-6 Teaching Aids, 39162110-9 Teaching Equipment 3.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of New, Non-Exhibition Equipment To The Ordering Partys Headquarters. Delivered Equipment - Devices Must Have Operating Instructions In Polish (And How Many Are Required), Must Be Covered By At Least The Warranty Period - Specified For A Given Device, Equipment In Annex No. 7 To The Swz - For A Given Part Of The Order.3.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach To The Offer - Annex No. 7. 7.1. -7.2. To Swz Technical Parameters Completed - For All Offered Devices, Equipment, Equipment, Including In Particular - Information About The Manufacturers Name, Model Name / Manufacturers Catalog Number For The Offered Devices, Part Number. If The Manufacturer Does Not Assign The Above Names/Catalog Number To The Devices, The Contractor Will Attach A Statement That The Manufacturer Does Not Assign These Names To The Devices. The Attached Descriptions And Documents Must Enable The Ordering Party To Verify The Solutions Offered By The Contractor In Terms Of The Required Technical And Functional Parameters. Failure To Submit Annex No. 7. 7.1 – 7.2. To The Swz Constitutes The Inability To Evaluate The Offer And Thus The Basis For Rejecting The Offer From The Procedure.5.1. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order Within: 14 Days From The Date Of Signing The Public Procurement Contract. The Contractor May Shorten The Order Completion Date By A Maximum Of 7 Days. Shortening The Order Completion Time Is One Of The Offer Evaluation Criteria. The Shortening Of The Order Completion Deadline Is Specified By The Contractor In Days - In The Offer Form - Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Specifying How Many Days He Shortens The Order Completion Deadline In Relation To The Maximum Deadline.
