The Subject Of This Contract Is The Complete Procurement Of All Works, Services And Supplies Associated With Construction Works Related To The Contractors Project Chodníky Lipoltice, I.E. In Particular The Modification And Construction Of Sidewalks In The Village Of Lipoltice Along Road Iii/34210, Road Iii/32114 And Along Local Roads, Including The Reconstruction Of Exits To Adjacent Private Land, Modification Of Bus Stop Platforms, Related Modifications To Roads, Greenery, Drainage, Crossings And Other Related Works According To The Project Documentation And The Measurement Statement Chodníky Lipoltice Processed By The Company Vdi Projekt S.R.O., Ičo: 28860080, With Registered Office At K Botiči 1453/6, 101 00 Prague 10, Pardubice Office: Třída Míru 109, 530 02 Pardubice, Responsible Designer Ing. Barbora Baladová, Čkait 0701750, Authorization Id00 Transport Constructions (Hereinafter Referred To As Project Documentation). The Public Contract Includes Both Implementation Stages Of The Work; Ii. The Stage, Which Is Not The Subject Of The Subsidy Project, Will Be Implemented In Time As The First, And The I. Stage Will Be Implemented In Time As The Second. All Properties, Procedures, Requirements And Specifications Are Listed In The Draft Contract For The Work, Which Is Annex No. 3 Of This Procurement Documentation, And In The Project Documentation, Which, Together With The Measurement Statement, Is Annex No. 4 Of This Procurement Documentation. Stage I Is The Subsidy-Relevant Part Of The Implementation Within The Project Chodníky Lipoltice, Stage 1, Registration Number Cz.06.05.01/00/22_060/0008515. Ii. Stage Is Not The Subject Of A Subsidy Project, But Is Part Of This Public Order And Will Be Paid For Outside Of The Said Subsidy Project. The Technical Supervision Of This Contract May Not Be Carried Out By The Supplier Or A Person Connected To Him. If There Is A Reference To Certain Suppliers, Products Or Patents For Inventions, Utility Models, Industrial Designs, Trademarks Or Designations Of Origin In The Procurement Conditions, Technical Specifications, Project Documentation Or Bill Of Quantities, Then According To The Provisions Of § 89 Paragraph 5 Of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., On The Award Of Public Contracts, Such A Reference Is Considered To Be A Specification Of Technical Conditions That Would Not Be Sufficiently Precise And Understandable Without Its Use. For Each Such Link, The Client Explicitly Mentions And Admits The Possibility Of Offering Another Equivalent Solution. The Order Is Not Divided Into Parts. The Contracting Authority Does Not Intend To Discuss Offers With The Participants.
