The Contracting Authority Intends To Award A Contract To A Suitably Qualified Contractor For The Conduct Of Fit-Out And Refurbishment Works. The Works/Development Consists Of A Reconfiguration And Fitout Of An Existing Family Room/ Office Space In Icu North At Beaumont Hospital, Dublin 9. The Facility, Located On Level 3 Next To The Intensive Care Unit, Is Dedicated To Hosting Families Of Patients In The Icu, And Provides Them With A Separate Space To Rest When Visiting Their Family Members. The Remaining Area Is Dedicated To Beaumont Hospital’S Administrative Staff, Including An Office And Meeting Room. The Layout Of The Existing Facility Was Identified As Sub-Optimal, With A Shared Entrance Between The Family Room Space And The Administrative Spaces.
