The District Is Seeking A Qualified Consultant To Provide Technical Advisory Services For The Design, Tendering And Construction Administration Of A Replacement Air Handling Unit (Ahu) Serving The Brennan Park Aquatic Centre Pool. The Ahu Is Critical To Site Operations And Is At End Of Life. Interested Suppliers Can Register, Download Project Documents And Submit Their Responses On The Bids & Tenders Project Page.Working With The District And The Facilities Department Project Manager, The Successful Proponent Will Act As The Prime Consultant For The Project And Will Be Generally Responsible For:Reviewing The Existing Site Conditions, Equipment, And Record Drawings.Selecting A Replacement Ahu.Producing The Detailed Design For All Technical Disciplines, Including Design Development And Contract Documents.Developing A Plan For Temporary Conditions During Construction And Replacement.Construction Administration
