The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Reconstruction Of The Existing Street Water Mains Along The Street O.T.34-O.T.35-O.T.36-O.T.37-O.T.40-O.T.41, O.T. 36 - O.T. 92 In The Village Of Ivancha, Municipality Of Polski Trambesh, Falling Within The Scope Of The Prepared Road Project, Such As The Existing Street Water Pipes Made Of Pipes Ac Φ100 And Φ80 Will Be Replaced With Pehd Pipes Φ110mm And Φ90mm, With A Total Length Of 468.3M. The Newly Designed Water Mains Will Connect To The Existing Eternit Street Water Mains, Outside The Scope Of The Project. All Building Water Diversions /Svo/ Will Be Replaced With Pe Pipes Of The Corresponding Diameter To The Boundaries Of The Properties, Their Total Number Being 22. 6 Pcs. Above-Ground Ph 70/80, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 1H-1971 Of October 29, 2009 On Building And Technical Rules And Norms For Ensuring Safety In Case Of Fire. The Object Is A Third Category Of Construction According To Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 3, Letters B And G Of Zut And Art. 6 Para. 2, Item 8 And Art. 7 От Наредба №1 От 30.07.2003Г. The Participants In The Construction And The Relationships Between Them On The Project Are Determined By The Requirements Of Section Two, Part Three Of The Zut. For All Inserted Construction Materials, Declarations Of Origin And Compliance Of The Materials Certifying The Application Of The Approved Standards Will Be Presented, According To Order No. Rd-02-20-1 Of February 5, 2015 On The Conditions And Procedure For Inserting Construction Products In The Constructions Of The Republic Of Bulgaria. The Contractor Must Necessarily Comply With The Requirements Of Art. 163 And 163A Of The Law On Territorial Planning /Zut/. The Builder Will Be Responsible For: - The Execution Of Construction And Repair Works In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 169, Para. 1, 3 Of The Zut, As Well As With The Rules For The Execution Of Construction And Installation Works And Measures To Protect The Life And Health Of People On The Construction Site; - The Implementation Of Construction And Repair Works With Materials, Articles, Products And Others In Accordance With The Essential Requirements For Construction, As Well As For Compliance With The Technological Requirements For Their Installation; During The Implementation Of The Smr Of The Site, The Builder Is Obliged To Appoint A Technically Competent Person To The Employment Contract, Who Will Carry Out Technical Management During The Implementation Of The Site.
