Description: The Subject Of This Consultation Concerns A Global Sectoral Public Contract For The Design, Construction And Upkeep Of A New Ehpad On The Site Of The Sallanches Hospital Center, With A Capacity Of 110 Beds. The Project Will Accommodate: A Pasa With 14 Places, A Day Center With 6 Places, A Protected Living Unit With 12 Beds, A Reception Sector, An Activity Sector, (Entertainments, Etc.) An Administrative Sector, A Common Logistics And Cloakroom Sector, A Catering Sector, Two Living Units With 25 Beds, Two Living Units With 24 Beds, Technical Premises, Gardens, Outdoor Parking. The Maintenance Services Will Only Concern The Following Equipment: Lifting Devices, Hvac And Water Treatment, Bms/Gtc, Automation/Doors/Gates/Lifting Barriers, Ssi, Large Equipment. The Firm Phase Is Broken Down Into Three Phases: Phase 1: Design (Project Management Missions): Development Of Preliminary Project Summary Studies, Building Permit, Apd Studies, Pro Studies, Additional Mission 1: Passivhaus Labeling File, Additional Mission 2: Signage And Colorimetry.
