The Purpose Of The Contract Is The Rental And Maintenance Of New Color Digital Graphic Arts Reproduction Equipment Intended For Printing. The Description Of The Expected Services And Their Technical Specifications Are Indicated In The Specific Technical Clauses (C.C.T.P.). Market Services Are Processed At Unit Prices. Given The Uncertain Number Of Services To Be Ordered, The Contract Is A Single-Award Framework Agreement, Which Is Executed Using Purchase Orders, Within The Meaning Of Articles R2162-4 2°, R2162-13 And R2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Order Thresholds To Be Taken Are As Follows: - Without Minimum Amount For The 5 Years Firm; - Maximum Amount For The 5 Years Firm: 400,000.00 Euros Excluding Tax.
