Laboratory Building Construction Work – Global Energy Performance Market With Deferred Payment (Mgpepd) – Energy Rehabilitation Of Tpr, Fresnel And University Library Buildings And Functional Restructuring Of 5 Physics And Chemistry Laboratories In The Tpr Building - Saint-Jérôme Campus - Aix-Marseille University. This Contract Is Part Of The Energy And Functional Rehabilitation Operation Of The Saint-Jérôme Campus Of Aix-Marseille University, Covering The Tpr Buildings, The University Library And The Fresnel Building. This Operation Aims To Significantly Improve The Energy Performance, Comfort Of Use And Attractiveness Of The Site, While Ensuring The Continuity Of Teaching And Research Activities. The Operation Will Be Carried Out As Part Of A Global Performance Market With Deferred Payment (Mgpepd). The Purpose Of The Contract Is To Provide Energy Rehabilitation Services For The Tpr, Fresnel Buildings And The University Library And The Functional Restructuring Of The Tpr Building On The Saint-Jérôme Campus Of Aix-Marseille University, Including Design Services, Construction Work As Well As Operation-Maintenance/Ger With Contractual Performance Commitment. The Design Phase Includes All The Studies Necessary For The Definition, Development And Validation Of The Architectural, Technical, Energy And Functional Project, From Sketch Level Studies To Execution Studies, Including In Particular: • Architectural, Technical And Environmental Studies. • Functional Restructuring Studies Of Teaching, Research And Laboratory Spaces. • Studies Relating To The Energy And Environmental Performance Of The Project. • Studies On The Phasing And Organization Of Work On An Occupied Site Guaranteeing The Continuity Of Academic, Scientific And Administrative Activities. • Synthesis And Technical Coordination Studies. • Operation-Maintenance And Management Studies Of Technical Equipment. • Regulatory Studies Necessary To Obtain Administrative Authorizations And To Comply With Fire Safety, Accessibility, Security Requirements And Constraints Specific To Laboratories And Scientific Premises. Particular Attention Will Be Paid To The Design Of Scientific And Technical Spaces, In Particular Laboratories, Experimental Platforms, Sensitive Equipment And Special Fluid Networks, In Order To Guarantee The Continuity, Security And Sustainability Of Research Activities. The Operation Is Part Of The Establishments Real Estate Asset Modernization Strategy And Includes Four Main Components: Component 1 – Energy Performance: Overall Improvement Of The Envelope Of The Tpr Buildings (45,800 M² Shon), Fresnel (5,100 M² Shon) And The University Library (6,100 M² Shon), Including The Implementation Of Industrialized Solutions Allowing Speed And Ease Of Installation, In Particular: • Thermal Insulation From The Outside. • Replacement Of Exterior Joinery Not Treated During Previous Operations. • Repair And Insulation Of Untreated Roofs: -Complete Modernization Of Heating, Ventilation And Air Conditioning Systems.
