The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Development Of Technical Documentation Required By Law, Meeting The Requirements Specified In The Swz And Annexes, 2) Obtaining All Legally Required Arrangements, Opinions And Notifications, Especially In The Field Of Fire And Structural Safety, 3) Delivery Of Devices And Materials, Supporting Structures, 4) Assembly, Commissioning, Configuration And Commissioning Of The Installation, 5) Performance Of The Necessary Accompanying Construction Works, Including Adapting The Rooms In Which The Inverters And Energy Storage Units Will Be Installed To The Conditions Fire Protection, 6) Preparation Of Acceptance Documentation, Including In Particular Technical Data Sheets, Technical Approvals, Certificates Of Devices And Materials Used In The Construction Of The Installation, Acceptance And Measurement Protocols And As-Built Diagrams, 7) Preparation Of Operating Instructions And Training Of Installation Users. 3. The Detailed Scope And Method Of Execution Of The Order Are Set Out In Annex No. 11 To The Swz Subject Requirements For Hybrid Systems And The Documentation Included In The File Location Descriptions Constituting Annex No. 12 To The Swz. 4. The Ordering Party Requires That For The Locations Specified In Point 1, Points 6 And 7, The Pv Modules Be Placed On A Carport Type Supporting Structure. Due To The Existing Land Development, The Employer Requires The Use Of Pile Foundations For The Construction Of The System Shelter For Both Locations. 5. The Ordering Party Requires, As Part Of The Order, The Installation Of A Lightning Protection System In Facilities That Do Not Have It And In Those That Do Not Have It.
