Tender for Providing, fabricating, supplying, and delivering Modular G.I. Road Barricade / Public Dividation Wall ofsize 5 ft (Height) x 8 ft (Width), specifically designed for traffic diversion, crowd control, and public safetyduring mega events.The barricade structure shall comprise a sturdy main frame fabricated from 50 X 50 X2mm G.I. Hollow Pipe/Sections and vertical poles with integrated base stands of 75 X 75mm section. Thefront face shall be cladded with a 1.66mm thick G.I. Sheet, seamlessly welded and finished with highquality weather-resistant powder coating or premium paint finish. The item must include custom brandingwith the Maharashtra Police Logo & Frame along with city name text. For enhanced night visibility, it mustbe fitted with premium high-intensity retro-reflective (Radium) stickers/tapes at the top and bottom borders,and provision for amber warning blinker lights. The barricades must feature an interlocking mechanismconsisting of a 3/4 Puneli Pipe (Hook Pungi) on one side and a 16 mm Solid Steel Hook Bar on the otherside for rigid sequential connection. The assembly should be anchorable to the ground surface using heavyduty 16mm X 150mm solid anchor fasteners. The total approximate weight of each complete barricade unitshall be between 70kg to 75kg. All work is to be executed including all materials, labor, fabrication,welding, anti-corrosive treatment, multi-layer finishing, stickering, loading, unloading, transportation, anddelivery at the designated site/locations complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. , Providing, supplying, and installing a fully functional, premium-grade Pre-fabricated Modular GI MovableContainer Police Chowki (Size 15 x 15) Including Foundation Arrangement with an integrated ElevatedControl Watch Tower (Total height 23), structurally completed as a single turn-key unit. The lower GIoffice cabin structure must feature secure windows with safety grills, an exterior weather canopy, integratedpremium interior wall furnishing (all walls finished), and an attached functional Toilet/Washroom blockwith 10 Liter Flush Tank connected to a roof-mounted 1000 Liter H.D.P. Water Tank. The upper tierincludes an 8-feet high Control Watch Tower equipped with a safe, heavy-duty access staircase with safetyhandrails, covered by a protective structural umbrella (height 7), and painted in standard White & Blue /Police department approved colors.The entire item strictly includes the supply and internal installation of allnecessary interior, electrical, and electronic amenities as a composite job, consisting of: 2 Nos. of BunkBeds for staff rest; 1 No. High Back Chair along with office tables and monitoring desk seating; 1 No.secure Document Cupboard/Kapat for official record storage; a complete pre-wired internal electricalnetwork with 1 No. Main MCB, 1 No. AC Provision/Point, 1 No. Main Electrical Board, 5 Nos. Fans, 7Nos. LED Lights, 1 No. Bulkhead Light, and 6 Nos. 6AMP mobile/wireless charging points; a dedicatedSurveillance Monitoring Space fully integrated with a complete CCTV Camera System with wiring forcrowd control and disaster management; and 1 No. functional Water Cooler (Water Filter) with all necessaryplumbing and electrical connections for safe drinking water. The item rate must be all-inclusive of materialcost, fabrication, transportation to the site, loading, unloading, structural assembly, installation, internalfurnishing, testing, commissioning and erecting completely as a single comprehensive turn-key job as perdetailed specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
