First The Entire System Is Tested At Low Pressure To Make Sure That There Are No Leaks And Then High Pressure Is Applied To The High Side Only And Tested The System For Any Leaks At Its Copper Pipes. Further The Leak Is Detected By Smearing Soap/Chemical Solution All Over The Joints And Pipes And Observing The Bubble Formation. If Any Leak Is Detected Then Its Plugged By Copper Brazing/Gas Welding Method This Pressure Testing Is Repeated Until There Are No More Leaks. The System Is Vaccumised Before Charging The Refrigerant Gas For Removing Air And Moisture From The Entire System.
