Television And Radio Receivers, And Sound Or Video Recording Or Reproducing Apparatus – Av Systems: Delivery, Implementation And Services (Framework Contracts). The Bfh Is Procuring Up To Four Framework Contracts For The Provision Of Audio/Video Systems (Av Systems) And Associated Av Services For The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2032 With The Possibility Of Extension Until 2037. Av Systems Include The Equipment Of Rooms With Permanently Installed Or Mobile Device Combinations For The Presentation Of Content, The Implementation Of On-Site Or Hybrid Courses And Meetings Incl. Recording And Playback Of Sound And Image Content Understood. This Also Includes Networking Devices And Rooms With Each Other (Av-Over-Ip) And Connecting The Systems To The Internet Uplink Provided By The Bfh. Av Services Mainly Include, But Are Not Limited To: * Project Services: Purchase, Installation, Configuration, Commissioning Of Av Systems, Including Their Networking And Their Adaptation To Changing Needs * Operational Services: Monitoring, Maintenance, Troubleshooting And User Support (2Nd Level Support, On-Site Support) For The Systems Provided. The Awarding Of Specific Orders Is Usually Carried Out In The Minitender Process Among The Framework Contract Holders, Especially When Re-Equipping Buildings Or In The Comprehensive Renovation Of Existing Systems. In Other Cases, Calls Can Be Made Via Ranking Or Direct Award (See: A02 Draft Framework Agreement). A First Minitender Process For The Award Of Several Lots For The Biel-Bienne Campus (Opening Summer 2028) Is Expected To Start In 2026 (Planned Schedule And Scope: See Part B: Description Of Services). In Particular, Av Planning Services (Separate Framework Agreement), 1St Level Support And Services In Connection With Systems That Are Already In Operation Until They Are Comprehensively Renewed (Lifecycle) Are Not Part Of The Framework Agreements.
