The Subject Of This Public Order (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Purchase) Is The Supply Of 1 (One) Analyzer Working On The Principle Of Lc-Ms/Ms As A Complete System Of Liquid Chromatography Combined With Tandem Mass Spectrometry (Lc-Ms/Ms) For The Department Of Clinical Biochemistry (Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Instrument), Including The Complete Installation Of The Supplied Device, As Well As Its Commissioning And Other Obligations Resulting From These Procurement Conditions Or Their Annexes. The Device, As Well As All Material And Parts Of The Subject Of Performance, Must Be Brand New, Unused, Not Refurbished, Fully Functional, Of The Highest Quality Provided By The Manufacturer, Must Not Have A Production Date Older Than 12 Months Before Their Delivery And Must Meet All Technical Parameters As Defined In Detail In Appendix No. 4 Of These Zp_Technical Specification Of The Analyzer Required By The Client. A Complete Set Of Accessories And Consumables For The Immediate Use Of The Supplied Device, To Enable A Full-Fledged Instruction And To Carry Out A Complete Installation, Must Also Be Delivered To The Above-Mentioned Item Of The Subject Of The Public Contract. The Request For A Pc, Which Will Be Provided By The Contracting Authority For The Purpose Of Complete Installation, Will Be Stated By The Participant In Its Offer In Accordance With Article 5. 4. Of These Zp. The Subject Of The Vz Is Also The Provision Of Free Warranty Service For The Device And Subsequent Post-Warranty Service For The Duration Of Its Lifetime, Which Is Assumed To Be A Subsequent Period Of 10 Years. Sw Support Of The Device Is An Integral Part Of The Subject Of Performance.
