The Project Will Be Implemented Partly On Land Owned By Third Parties And Partly On Land Owned By Lmbv Mbh And Subject To Mining Law. The Final And Special Operating Plans Of The Relevant Renovation Projects As Well As Water Management Permits Apply. When Working In Geotechnical Exclusion Areas, Special Behavioral Requirements Must Be Observed. The Service Is Provided Discontinuously Over The Entire Contract Period. The Realization Takes Place According To The Needs Determined By The Client. The Service Volume Is Non-Binding; There Is No Entitlement To The Total Sales.
