The Public Procurement Is Structured In The Form Of A Single Contract For The Supply Of Products With Ancillary Services And Operations (Assembly, Installation, Commissioning, Testing And Personal Training), Carried Out Independently Of Other Initiatives Of The Purchaser. The Proposed Technical Solution, Based On Technical Project No. 1524/2024 Developed By The Designer S.C. Vest Instal S.R.L., Aims At The Execution Of The Following Main Contractual Activities: • Dismantling Of 519 Existing Street Lighting Devices And Their Used Fixing Devices. • Supply And Installation Of 610 New Lighting Devices, Equipped With High-Efficiency Led Sources, With 32.1 W Dimmable Driver And Zhaga/Nema Electromechanical Connector Or Similar. • Supply And Installation Of Pole Fixing Devices (519 1.5M Galvanized Pipe Brackets And Pair Of Braces). • Implementation Of The Remote Management System By Supplying And Configuring 610 Smart Controllers (Including 3 Pcs. Type Gateway/Hub With Integrated Motion Sensor, 1 Pc. Type Gateway/Hub With Multi-Sensor For Air Quality Pm1.0, Pm2.5, Pm4, Pm10 And 606 Pcs. Type Smart Controller With Motion Sensor). • Modernization Of Ignition Points By Dismantling 2 Existing Points And Installing 2 New Ignition Points, Equipped With Intelligent Equipment For Measurement, Control And Data Acquisition. • Related Services: Training Of A Number Of 6 Persons From The Staff Of The Contracting Authority For The Operation, Programming Of The Luminous Flux (Dimming) And Routine Maintenance Of The Software System. The Estimate Of The Value Of The Purchase Was Made Considering The Object Of The Purchase, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Hg 395/2018, Art. 16 Paragraph (1) And In Accordance With Ch. I, Section 4, Paragraph 3 Of Law 98/2016 On Public Procurement. In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 16 Para. (2), The Object Of The Purchase Was Put In Correspondence With The Cpv Codes, Being Considered Relevant The Activity Of Supplying Products, Which Characterizes The Main Purpose Of The Contract And Is 1,546,671.35 Lei Exclusive Of Vat. Note! The Estimated Value Of The Contract Does Not Include The Amount Related To Miscellaneous And Unforeseen Expenses. However, The Bidding Economic Operators Will Consider The Amount Of 15,000.00 Lei, Excluding Vat, Related To Various And Unforeseen Expenses. These Are Not Offered, They Can Be Accessed In Accordance With Art. 221, Para. (1) From Law No. 98/2016 On Public Procurement.
