Ornamental And Pleasure Gardens Maintenance Services – The Purpose Of The Intended Contract Is The Provision Of A Comprehensive Conservation And Maintenance Service For The Green Areas And Garden Spaces Of Municipal Ownership Or Jurisdiction, Including, Among Other Services, Gardens, Planters, Irrigation Networks And Urban Trees Of The Albolote City Council.. The Contract Is Limited To The Municipal Area Of ​​Albolote (Granada), Including The Urban Area, Urbanizations And Public Use Spaces Of Municipal Ownership Or Jurisdiction. The Specific Determination Of The Areas Of Action Will Be Incorporated Into The File Through The Following Technical Documentation: A) Inventory Of Areas Of Action, With A List, Surfaces And Delimitation Of The Spaces Included In The Contract, Which Will Be Incorporated As Annex A Of The Technical Prescription Document, And May Be Published As An Independent Document Given Its Length. B) Plans And Cartographic Location By Area, Which Will Be Incorporated As Annex A.2 Of The Technical Prescription Document, And May Also Be Published As An Independent Document Given Its Length. For Interpretative Purposes, In The Event Of A Discrepancy Between The Written Description, The Cartography, The Plans Or Any Other Spatial Reference, The Contractual Inventory Of Action Areas Approved And Incorporated Into The File Will Prevail, Without Prejudice To The Checks, Updates Or Material Corrections That May Be Carried Out During The Execution Of The Contract In Accordance With The Technical Prescription Document And The Clause Regulating Contractual Modifications. The Technical Conditions That Will Govern The Provision Of The Service And To Which Its Execution Must Comply Are Defined In The Technical Prescription Document, A Document That Has A Contractual Nature. Said Document Contemplates, Among Other Things, The Technical Object Of The Contract, The Organization Of Work, Maintenance Programs, Minimum Frequencies, Personal And Material Resources, The Control And Monitoring System, Sustainability, Prevention Of Occupational Risks And The Technical Annexes Necessary For The Correct Definition And Execution Of The Service.
