First Contact Means Being The First Point Of Contact Across All Channels: General Questions, Simple Technical Support, Credential Questions, Rp Onboarding Requests, And Finally Live Agent And Live Chatbot Operations. Operational Control, Internal Quality Assurance, Governance And Escalation Management Remain Entirely With The Client (Head Of Support Organization & Internal Core Team). The Contractor Acts As An Externally Commissioned Service Provider Under Clear Contractual Quality And Data Protection Controls.
