The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of Autonomous Solar Led Lighting Points In The Rachanie Commune, In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And Bills Of Quantities Constituting Annexes To Swz.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Grodysławice-Kolonia: • Assembly Of 22 Steel Lighting Poles With Led Solar Luminaires, • Construction Of Prefabricated Foundations, • Execution Of Earthing, • Carrying Out Measurements And Commissioning Of Devices. 2) Rachanie, Falków, Michałów Kolonia, Pawłówka, Siemierz, Siemnice, Kociuba, Werechanie And Wożuczyn: • Assembly Of 76 Steel Lighting Poles With Led Solar Luminaires, • Construction Of Prefabricated Foundations, • Execution Of Earthing, • Carrying Out Measurements And Commissioning Of Devices. In Total, The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery And Installation Of 98 Steel Poles With Led Solar Luminaires And The Performance Of All Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of Solar Lighting. 3. Material Scope Of The Order As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: 1. Mark Out The Geodetic Location Of The Poles In Accordance With The Design Documentation. 2. Execution Of Earthworks Related To The Foundation Of Poles. 3. Delivery And Assembly Of Galvanized Steel Lighting Poles. 4. Construction Of Prefabricated Foundations Or Foundations Made In The Ground In Accordance With The Design Documentation. 5. Delivery And Assembly Of Complete Solar Led Luminaires Equipped With: ◦ Photovoltaic Panel, ◦ Led Light Source, ◦ Energy Storage Battery, ◦ Luminaire Operation Controller, ◦ Twilight Sensor, ◦ Motion Sensor, ◦ Remote Control For Programming And Operation. 6. Installation Of Adjustable Brackets Enabling The Positioning Of Luminaires And Pv Panels. 7. Earthing Of Each Pole In Accordance With The Design Documentation. 8. Carrying Out The Necessary Electrical Measurements, In Particular Grounding Resistance Measurements. 9. Activation And Configuration Of All Light Points. 10. Carrying Out Operational Tests And Technical Acceptance. 11. Preparation Of As-Built Documentation. 12. Restoration Of The Area To Its Original Condition After Completion Of The Works. 13. The Devices And Materials Used Must Be Brand New, Of Full Value And Meet The Requirements Of Applicable Standards And Regulations.
